A few useful answers.
Why is my GIF larger than the video?
GIF is less efficient than modern video codecs. Shorter duration, smaller dimensions and fewer frames per second usually reduce its size.
Will the GIF keep the original sound?
No. The GIF format has no audio track. Use a video format if you need sound.
Is the video to gif free?
Yes. Use the tool and download the result without an account, subscription, credits or watermark. Paid AI video generation is a separate service.
Are my files uploaded?
Media and text are processed in your browser. The tool does not upload them to a rendering server. The site still downloads its code and fonts and uses ordinary page analytics.
Will it work on my phone?
The page works on smaller screens, but media export depends on browser codec support, memory and device performance. Check the limits shown in the tool and use a short file first.
